Working with Multiple Clinics
Many doctors today don't practice at just one location. You might split your time between a private practice, a hospital, and one or more clinics. Our platform understands this reality and makes multi-location scheduling seamless.
When you join a clinic through our invitation system, you can maintain separate schedules for each location. Patients booking through a clinic will only see your availability for that specific location. Your independent practice schedule remains completely separate.
Use different consultation fees for different clinics based on your arrangement with each. The clinic fee structure is completely customizable, allowing you to optimize your earnings while remaining competitive.

When a New Appointment Arrives
When a patient requests an appointment with you, you're in control. Each new booking starts in a pending state, waiting for your review. You can see the patient's details, their reason for visit, and any notes they've provided.
Confirm
Accept the appointment and add it to your schedule. The patient is notified immediately and receives reminders as the date approaches.
Suggest Alternative
If the requested time doesn't work, suggest different slots. This keeps the conversation going instead of a flat rejection.
Decline
If you can't take the patient, decline gracefully. You can optionally refer them to a colleague who might be better suited.
Conducting the Consultation
When appointment day arrives, our platform supports you whether the patient is walking into your office or connecting from across the country. The consultation experience is designed to be smooth and professional in either scenario.
In-Clinic Visits
When the patient arrives at your clinic, you can see their full history right on your screen—past visits, prescriptions, test results, and notes from previous consultations. Everything you need is at your fingertips.
After the consultation, mark the appointment as completed with a single tap. The system automatically handles billing, updates records, and prompts you to add any notes or prescriptions.
Telemedicine Sessions
For video consultations, both you and the patient receive a "Join Session" button when it's time. Our HD video platform is built specifically for medical consultations, with crystal-clear audio even on slower connections.
The same patient information is available during video calls. You can review records, make notes, and issue prescriptions—all while maintaining eye contact with your patient.
Handling No-Shows
We understand how frustrating it is when patients don't show up. Your time is valuable, and empty slots cost you money and could have helped another patient. Our system helps minimize no-shows through reminders, but when they do happen, we help you manage them fairly.
When a patient doesn't appear for their confirmed appointment, you can mark it as a no-show. This increments their no-show count, which is visible to you (and other doctors) when they try to book in the future. Patients with multiple no-shows can be automatically blocked from making new bookings.
Automatic Protection: Patients with 3 or more no-shows are blocked from booking. This protects doctors from repeat offenders while maintaining a fair system for everyone.
